This is indeed a great rope, it runs super smooth and light so you can easily fire off your double unders.
Unfortunately, the other day we noticed a defect, the screw started coming out one of the handles.
After checking, it wasn't quite clear to see what type of tool you should use to tighten the screw again, so we sent a little message to Rogue on their Facebook:
Sent an e-mail a few days later, and we were still just wondering what tool to use.
Got an e-mail back, asking for the order number, and then got this reply:
"Your replacement rope will ship out to the provided address today. It should arrive there in approximately 4-5 business days.
Please let us know if you need anything else."
Wow! Now that's service! Thanks Rogue Fitness, we'll spread the word!
