This pudding is very filling and satisfying and comes in very handy for people that are watching their calories but still want to enjoy a nice dessert.
Ingredients
40 grams of Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein
10 grams of GoNutrition Cream of Rice
250 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 sheets of gelatin
dash of hot water
First, you make sure you blend the protein, cream of rice and almond milk together in a blender.
Next, heat a kettle or bring water to a boil.
In the meantime, you take a shallow bowl and fill it with a bit of cold water. Soak the gelatin sheets until they become soft.

Once the sheets are soft, pour out the cold water and add in a splash (50ml) of hot water and stirring it straight away, until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the gelatin water to the protein mix and blend again.
Pour it all into a bowl and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
