Protein Granola

If you're tired and bored of having oatmeal for breakfast, this might be a nice alternative to try.
The prep time is quick and easy, and the oven will take care of the rest.

Before it went in the oven

Ingredients:

100 grams of rolled oats
70 grams of egg whites
40 grams of xylitol (or sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp of PB2
40 grams of  protein of choice
(we used Cor-Performance Whey - Molten Chocolate)

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, the result should be a bit of a sticky substance.
Place the bowl in the fridge, and let it sit for a about 1 hour.

Heat the oven to about 180C (350F)
Place the "dough" on a cookie sheet or baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the oats become crispy. Crumble the granola in smaller clusters and store in an airtight container. Or eat it straight away.

Goes well with: Almond milk, yogurt, regular milk.
