Pumpkin Protein Oat Muffins

It was already long overdue to post a recipe, and since it's the time of year, a pumpkin recipe was the obvious choice!

Ingredients
Pumpkin Protein Oat Muffins
260 grams of pumpkin puree
50 grams of protein powder
100 grams of rolled oats
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup of almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
10 grams of xylitol

Directions

Heat the oven to 180C/350F.
Mix all the ingedients together and divide over into muffin cups.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until brown.

Devour.
