High Protein Chicken Burgers

This is a simple recipe that will change the chicken game up a bit, since eating plain chicken breast all the time can become tedious and boring.

If you can find ground chicken, its even more easy, but otherwise you'll have to start with grinding the chicken first.

Chicken BurgerFor 6 (thick) burgers:

800 grams of chicken
100 ml egg-whites
30 grams (1/4 cup) oat flour (or just grind rolled oats)
40 grams of dried apricots
2 tbsp sausage seasoning
1 tsp or to taste: salt
(coconut) oil for cooking

If the chicken is ready, put it in a bowl and add in the oat flour and egg-whites.
Grind or chop up the apricots and add them in as well. Last, add in the mix and salt and make sure all of the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. It should still be quite sticky when you're done.

Heat some coconut oil in a pan, and scoop out even sized balls (about 155 grams) of the chicken into the pan. When they are browned on one side, turn them aroud and flatten them more into a burger shape. Brown on medium heat on both sides continuously for about 20 mins to make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
